Forever Wednesday are a British hard rock and post-hardcore band from Farnham, Surrey, formed in 2006. The group is known for a sound built around melodic vocals, technical guitar parts and heavy drums. It goes through line-up changes before settling into a stable configuration and a more inventive direction.

Recording and releases

The band records a debut album titled Depths, which follows their first single, Viruses. That single receives a strong response and helps build expectations around the album.

Live activity

Forever Wednesday tours the UK several times and develops a reputation for energetic live performances. They also play with a range of other acts, including You Me At Six, Kids in Glass Houses, We Are the Ocean, Deaf Havana, All Forgotten, Brokencyde and Attack Attack.

Later development

By October 2011, the band makes a public statement about leaving the music industry. After that, some of the members continue music work in other bands.
