Defektors

Defektors are a garage punk trio from Vancouver, active since 2006. The group forms in Vancouver, BC and begins as a three-piece in the summer of 2005. Its lineup consists of Ben Fillups on guitar and vocals, Jeremy Haywood on bass and vocals, and Evan Bruar on drums.

Releases

The band’s recorded output includes Emergency Room Compilation Volume 1, released in 2008 on Grotesque Modern/Nominal; the 7-inch single Secret Trials/Doomsday Girl, released in 2008 on Nominal; the 7-inch Torn to Pieces/No to the Nite, released in 2008 on Hockey Dad; a self-titled cassette from 2009, self-released; and the LP The Bottom of the City, released in 2010 on Grotesque Modern/Nominal.
