Bleed Again

Bleed Again are a British metalcore and hardcore group from Lancing, UK. The band first comes together in 2006 under the name Reborn, formed by Jamie Dawson, David Hayler and Simon Williams. Gary Wheeler later joins on bass, and after the original drummer Russell Plowman leaves, Plowman returns to the line-up to fill in on drums.

The band builds a local following in Brighton, playing regular shows before taking time out in July 2008 to record a self-produced album and changing their name to Bleed Again. They then win a local battle of the bands competition and become part of the Brighton metal scene.

Bleed Again release their debut album Gods of War on Soundbyte Records. Their sound is described as drawing on the bands that influence them. The line-up listed includes Russell Plowman, Jamie Dawson, Simon Williams, David Hayler and Jonathan Liffen.
