Anger Flares is an Oi! band from Japan. Their sound is very similar to the traditional english bands, with lots of sing alongs and street anthems.
They have released 2 albums (“Begin to Walk” & “A Way of Life”), a split with Clash Dogs, and were part of many compilations, like the famous anti fascist compilation “Class Pride Worldwide Vol. 3”.
